Wild pain in back, call of the doctor to home, but ointments and gels, as well as massage are not helpful. Tomogram shows three spinal disc herniations, the most painful with the size 7.6 mm between L4-L5 vertebras. Surgical conclusion – operation. Neurologists’ advice – to wait for a month or more, and nothing more optimistic. Disease was stable in the organism, holding down any activity. I came to A.V. Ushakov after long-term medicines’ acceptance, which were prescribed to me by endocrinologists for suppression of the nodular formation’s growth. I have been accepting hormones for more than 10 years. As a result of such “treatment”, my node not only wasn’t reduced, but also increased in three times in the size, and one more node also appeared. That is why, on a basis of long-term observations on example of my own organism, I should conclude, that thyroxin treatment doesn’t give positive dynamics, but creates illusion of treatment only. And a state of health is insignificantly improved. All everything – is illusion, but not treatment. And I fully tested it on myself.

Those who now are reading this text, are on 95 per cent interested not from the idle curiosity. I also in due time was interested in it. It is insufficient just to say, that I was interested – I carefully looked through web site pages, having hoped to find any information, which would be able to assist me with my problem. So, I decided to share with the other people and to tell about my problem, as I hope, it will help them to preserve health – this is what it is so terribly to lose, and when you have it – you unfortunately don’t value it. I would like to share with the people, who are in a difficult position now, who cannot accept any decision and doubt in a choice if to go or not to go to Moscow, to apply or not to apply to the doctor A.V. USHAKOV (I felt the same, and I understand you very well). Please, don’t lose your time!

Now about my disease:
In January 2007 I felt crunch and suffocation in my throat and applied to the local doctors (I live in the town of Polyarnye Zori, Murmansk region). Then I made US and passed blood tests on hormones. US showed that everything was in norm – no problem. But the blood tests put the doctors into a slight shock, and they urgently advised me to visit endocrinologist. I did it and was directed on the second blood test on hormones. Having received blood test, I understood, that was some disorder, and having collected info concerning what were TSH and T4 hormones, I experienced shock myself. Blood tests were as follows:
1. TSH – 27 (norm 0.4 – 3.5)
T4free – 10 (norm 10 - 20)

In two weeks the second blood test:
2. TSH – 29.6 (norm 0.4 – 3.5)
T4free – 9.7 (norm 10 - 20)

I asked to direct me to the regional hospital of the city Murmansk, thanks God the endocrinologists of the city Polyarnye Zori agreed to do it. But this trip to Murmansk didn’t help. Everything was confirmed once again, even more – now US was made more professionally and many questions appeared. Having communicated with the endocrinologist of the city Murmansk, I surprised her by my erudition in the area of my disease (I took this info from the web site of the doctor A.V. Ushakov, plus from some other web sites and sports books). But unfortunately I wasn’t offered something new – all was the same – they offered substitutive therapy, intake of L-thyroxine hormones! Having listened to the doctor, I asked, if there was any other method to solve my problem, as it was a result, but what was a reason? Having shrugged her shoulders, the endocrinologist said: “If I would know you from your childhood, everything may have been by other way”. She meant observation for my health. T4free – 10.7

It was my first small victory and I, not having hesitated, went to the 2nd course, and in 2 months passed tests again:
